C) Product Details

The product is designed based on a circular cylinder, inside the pillar there are internal and external threads, fine thread pitch of 1.5-2.0mm, 2 pillar heads have components made of 1.5-2.0mm fine external thread, the inside components of these 2 pillar heads are designed with a beveled angle of 12-20 degrees. In these 2 pillar heads, each head has 3-4 sims to lock the steel to prevent the steel from being pulled out of the pillar head; The middle part of the pillar is designed with a fine threaded center plate with a thread pitch of 1.5-2.0mm to be concentric when inserting the two ends of the construction steel bar. Inside the pillar is installed a sim locking spring.

                The product is made from steel materials with a carbon content of 0.15-0.55%, The product is quenched (with oil or chemicals) and tempered to suit the intended mechanical properties according to the durability grades of construction steel.

The product is applied to construction reinforcement. The mechanical properties of the product are applied according to the strength levels of the steel. The product when tested for load must meet the goal of pulling the steel without destroying the steel joints
